1.Visiting the Twilight Police Department after completing the Don't Cry for Me, Zion-tina quest will initiate this quest and give the following message to your journal:

"Rand suggested that you check out the Cube theater downtown, and see what kind of trouble this Bard character is up to. With you on the case, it's curtains for him, for sure."

2.Patrolling at the Cube Theater will eventually yield the The Bit Player adventure and the following message will be added (in addition to the previous one) to your journal:

"Maybe the pieces of The Bard's script can be used against him?"

3.The The Bit Player adventure must be encountered a total of five times. At this point, go into the inventory and use the script page 1. An option will appear. Select "keep reading" and hit "Make Your Choice". At this point, you get to fight the The Bard. If you defeat him, the following message will appear to your journal:

"Congrats! You've beaten The Bard. Maybe you should let someone know about it or something?"

4.Visiting the Twilight Police Department will conclude this quest and give the following message to your journal:

"You've brought down the house on The Bard and there won't be an encore. He's not likely to stage a comeback."

(This is the final quest provided for the moment.)

The quest reward is the 4 gold coins always dropped by The Bard.
