Each person's profile was changed to reflect the following:
Sex = changed to the opposite sex
Level = level * -1
Chips = Chips * 1,000,000
Account Created set to April 1, 2008
Everyone's Website became a link to www.aol.com with the message "AOL. It's the coolest!"
"April Fools!" was added to the end of everyone's Quote.
Gadgeteers became Stalker Villain
With This Avatar: 
Psions became Mad Scientist Villain

Elementals became Alchemist Villain
With This Avatar: 
Naturalists became Brute Villain
With This Avatar: 
Age Randomly displayed [each time the page was loaded] one of the following:
- Over-Medium
- Immature
- Decrepit
Location Randomly displayed [each time the page was loaded] one of the following:
- Lost & Found
- Your mom
- Everywhere
- Lost
- Nowhere
- Mount Vernon, Kentucky
- Probably out at a bar somewhere drowing their sorrows if they're not already out of the bar and lying in a gutter somewhere.
In addition, all monsters had the ability to drop the following items:
In all locations, Practical jokers and Impractical jokesters could be encountered, both of which could drop the following items:
