When Used
You take out the pinata and bash it good. Real good. The wanton destruction makes you feel happy. You get an effect, Feelin' Festive. (Added for 30 minutes.)
With a baseball bat in inventory:
You pick up the pinata, and get ready to bash it. Then you remember you've got a baseball bat around somewhere. So you get out the bat and go to town. It's fun. It's so fun you want to call it "the funnest thing I've done all day" even though funnest isn't a word. You're just that amused. When you're done, neither the pinata nor the bat have much left. You get an effect, Feelin' Festive. (Added for 45 minutes.)
