Plural: riot shields
This is a small plexiglass shield designed for SWAT teams to use when they're trying to keep rioters at bay. This particular shield is a bit scratched up, and there's one significant crack running down one side, suggesting that the previous owner maybe could have used a bigger or better shield than this.
