Effect
When this effect runs out you get the message:
If you already have a fake swipe card:
Your watch beeps, alerting you that your computer has extracted as much as it can from the swipe card. The thing is, you don't really have any need for that data, so you discard it.
Obtained From
Setting Vlad's Decryptonomicon software to run on computer 1, and setting a ripped swipe card to be decrypted.
