I would think the Robe should still have the 1PP cost.  It may restore that 1PP immediately, but if you actually have 0PP, you won't be able to use the power. [[User:Cristiona|Cristiona]]

I would think the Robe should still have the 1PP cost. It may restore that 1PP immediately, but if you actually have 0PP, you won't be able to use the power. Cristiona
