When you don't adventure in the location and get the "Phil's voice hisses over the radio. "Sorry, <name>, but it looks like we may have missed our chance. My pre-meter's gone blank. I'll radio you as soon as I get another signal."" message, I don't think it counts as one of the 3. This doesn't make sense as Phil said that he can only get 3 good readings a day, but I have verified it. I was doing it with one of my alts, completed the first one, failed the next one, completed again, and failed two more. --PKProStudio 18:23, 11 October 2009 (UTC)
