| + | RE: CS - Not quite, There are a few factors that trigger drops. I generally use a lot of buffs/effects and use a ton on foe toughness. I hit 30-40+ buffs and 120+ Foe toughness and i get the candy,thunderbolt and chip everytime. However, something else or more triggers the vest! Hope that helps. RE: CS - Not quite, There are a few factors that trigger drops. I generally use a lot of buffs/effects and use a ton on foe toughness. I hit 30-40+ buffs and 120+ Foe toughness and i get the candy,thunderbolt and chip everytime. However, something else or more triggers the vest! Hope that helps.
