  • The Publicist doesn't use +Chips... neighborhood thugs dropped 8, 10, 10, 13 chips for the publicist, while 5-12 chips is probably a normal range for me without publicist.
  • I was using +chips gear with Aura:KeenObs for 151% base, and my chip drops increased to what appeared to be around 206% normal... so the Publicist could be +55% Chips, or it could be around +36% Chips but stacked onto (synergized with) all other modifiers. (Percentages need better spading, could be +40% or +70% for all I know.)
