Plural: marshmallow-covered chocolates
This is a glob of sticky marshmallow surrounding a hunk of rock-hard chocolate. This design ensures you get all of the sticky stuff on your fingers while you eat it, and the chocolate interior provides a "pleasant" surprising shock when you discover it underneath the fluff.
It's vaguely shaped like a ghost, though, so go Halloween!
