| The instructor gives you a concerned look. "So we're glad you like merit badges, but we're worried your running out of room. The other instructors talked to some local mad scientists to score this shrink ray, so we can make a tiny sash for minaturized merit badges. But we realized only a mouse could wear it, so we attached it to this merit badge. It would be a freaking adorable mouse, though."
