Talk:Independent eye-in-the-sky

Every other item had an effect other than damage, this one must have one as well although I couldn't notice anything with the few I could use. I suspect it perhaps makes you never miss for the remaining of the battle or for a few rounds at least. Please keep an eye out for weapon misses after using it. Patojonas 18:10, 5 July 2014 (PDT)
