Doesn't affect chip drop, or exp gain, or melee damage, or spell damage. This is a guess, but I think it might affect combat rate, possibly decreasing. Rykar 22:02, 8 January 2009 (UTC)

I also did see a message in combat that I hadn't seen before about the radio squawking something about environmental sins, but I missed the rest as the page loaded. Had the stranging device equipped. Rykar 22:07, 8 January 2009 (UTC)


Out of 463 rounds (round 0 and defeat round not considered), it fired 99 times, giving 21.4 ± 3.8%
