Captain Buzzkill
n. An old and infamous villain of Twilight. Sour, surly, and determined to make everyone around him as unhappy as he is, Captain Buzzkill (he used to be a Major, until he was demoted at his arrest years ago) continually searches for ways to leech the joy from the city. This time it looks like he's set up some sort of psychic vacuum in the center of St. Anne park in Downtown Twilight, and it's sucking the happiness right out of the surrounding areas. It's up to you to put him back behind bars before he makes everyone completely miserable. Be careful, though, because the park is sure to be full of his sullen minions.
