Wolley's Index
Plural: Wolley's Indices
Once upon a time a Gadgeteer named Wolley and a Psion named Egnaro got together and created a hero-specific index, along the lines of a phone book, but with categories more suited for the supermen and women (and boys and girls) of Twilight, such as "Medical Assistance--No Questions Asked," "Talisman Traders," "Secret-Identity-Friendly Therapists," and "Bulk Caffeine Distributors." In short, the book is designed to improve your chances of finding what you need for your special night-time adventures.
Sadly, now the index is a grim reminder of failure. Wolley went broke trying to finance the printing of the job, and Egnaro left the venture to pursue a marketing job at the classiest casino in town, The Golden Wooden Nickel, which he promptly dragged down to become one of the seediest in Twilight.
