Sketchy dealer
Sketchy dealer |
---|
You are fighting a Sketchy dealer.
This guy's got shifty written all over him, from his darting eyes to his rapidly twisting hands, all the way down to his continually shifting feet. You approach him and say that if he hands over the rest of his drugs and goes home you'll let him go, because you're really only after violent criminals. But apparently he's more attached to the money than he is to his health, because he decides to fight instead of leave. You wonder if the drugs made him dumb, or if he was that way to begin with.
Your opponent attacks ...
Hit messages:
- He tells you to make way for the boom. "Huh?" you ask. His fist connects with the side of your head. Boom! Ah, so that's what he meant.
- He slips you a drug--a drug against war. The problem is, as soon as your angst fades and your defenses drop, he gives you no peace. In fact, he works a serious mix of blood evil on you.
- He claws at your face. Did I mention he has nine-inch nails? They hurt, a lot, and it's a downward spiral from there.
He hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- He stabs you with a used needle. It doesn't hurt though; there's just enough sedative left on the needle to leave you comfortably numb.
- When it's the dealer's turn, all he does is smile at you and ask if you can see the colors. "Umm, okay?" you say. He keeps smiling. "There's like a million colors man. It's beautiful." Riiiiight ....
- He gets caught up in ranting and raving: "I'm a lord of acid! I'm a twenty-first century Jesus. I'm the creator, the destroyer. I provide the temple of dreams. I'm beyond good and evil!" "You're out of time, is what you are," you say. "What?" he asks, but it's your turn now.
Fumble messages:
