This was originally called the "independent Fomalhaut debris disk", but that didn't really roll off the tongue very well. Also, we don't particularly want to risk attracting the attention of Cthugha.

How Obtained
Using satchel of independence
You fire the rocket high into the sky and, as promised, it explodes into a massive fiery eye. The fact that each speck of fire is a surveillance satellite is just gravy, although the hunting horror seems unsettled to the tune of X damage.
