1UP is a reference back to the good old days of gaming, where you get extra lives. Given the effect, this is effectively an extra life allowing you to go again!
Multiuse (any amount from 1 up) just says "Sadly, there's no way this is fitting into your breast pocket.". --XKiv (talk) 12:40, 6 April 2015 (PDT)
