	Walking through the tunnels, you encounter a sandy-haired man who appears to be very busy wrapping some kind of pape around a type--uh, tape around a pipe. He smiles broadly as you approach and says, "It's mice to neat you. Uh, I mean, it's a measure to pleat you. Well, that is ... hi!"		{{encounter
