One&#039;s smoking a cigarette and is probably too young, but that conversation is really outside your area of expertise.&lt;br&gt;<br /> Nothing else seems to be going on, so you back off a bit and radio in to Phil. His response is to mutter something about &quot;goths, not vandals&quot; and then sign off.
