He's not in uniform, he's exceptionally greasy even for someone in a seedy casino, and a bulge under his jacket looks suspiciously like a weapon. Performing the normal "suspicious figure in a narrow walkway" drill you give him space and then turn and follow him through a series of twists and turns. Eventually he disappears into a room shielded by a large, heavy metal door. Naturally, it's locked. Not again! you think, but then notice that this time instead of a swipe card you need a traditional metal key to get in.
