			The amount of PP restored by this item is 10% of your max PP ± 3PP. Additionally standard rounding applies so results of .5 and higher are rounded up. The floor for PP restored is 40 and the ceiling is 100. A range won't be observed until you have at least 375PP which rounds up to 38 and has a range of 40-41PP restore. For completion's sake to receive 100PP every time you use one of these you'll need at least 1025PP.
