			: Delmar just got this badge today. I have 2 of the four Ion class skills permed, neither of which is ionic bondage. I got it after adding 10 skill points to Aura: Ions. Therefore, I assert that this badge is awarded merely for having one of the skills permed with 10 skill points assigned.
