I agree that it would be better if the template didn't display this section when you put "none" in it, or even better, if the "uses" field was not mandatory (or actually both). 	Right, but the low pill ''has'' a use: it heals and gives PP. Perhaps the template should be altered so that a blank "uses" leaves the line blank.
