			Yeah, don't try talking with this thing on. Still, despite all the fighting and goings on, it seems to still work for the most part. The seals and straps are shot so you'll have to hold it on, but it was never exactly ANSI certified, you know.

	From a previous retcon I know there is an alteration to start of combat based on TitanCo Warehouse progress but there may be more than one there. Will try on my next retcon to equip the Yearly Talisman directly before fighting The Mick to see if the condition might be not having fought The Mick yet this run. If it works I will try then removing and replacing the Yearly Talisman without fighting The Mick.
