Opens 5 new openings when I win initiative, only on the initiative round. Each can only be taken once until all have been taken once.

* form arms - some damage (50 normal in my case)
* form chest - +xp after fight (15 for me)
* form head - reduce all 4 foe stats (by 15 for me)
* form heart - restore some pp and hp (by 11-16 for me)
* form legs - 1 turn of stun

The first 4 times, all already formed parts activate. (they only activate when using the opening, though - cannot keep them firing over and over without a reset).

The 5th time, only the last formed part activates, with a different effect, and then the thing resets (all forms are available next time).

* form arms - more damage (60 fire, 60 ice, and 60 normal in my case)
* form chest - makes everyone else do their job at the same time (I got: 80 normal damage, +15 pp'n'hp, stun (probably 1 turn), and slight delevel)
* form head - enrage foe (+60 FT)
* form heart - black hole (-1 minute to current time)
* form legs - 3 turn of stun
