I got it by fighting [[Sophocles]] with 3 sources of Soul Gazing equipped. ([[Pallid Mask]], [[sophocle's monocle]], [[sophocle's bifocles]]). It may get triggered with just one or more of Sophocle's accessories.

When fighting Sophocles, it triggers the message:
