			Note: Finishing step 4 in the quest [[Go_Fish,_Again]] before starting step 3 in this quest will allow you to save some time. As step 4 in [[Go_Fish,_Again]] unlocks a noncombat that is found in the [[Byzantine Interior of the Unborn Base]] and is required to progress in that quest. For ideal time management finish step 4 in "Go Fish, Again", then perform the entire quest "Trouble in the Wasteland", Then return to finish "Go Fish, Again"
