hey im getting much lower values than is in range, maybe needs checking for different levels/strength/class

You Da Boss!
Seeing a need for some direction, you step up and show some of the other workers who's boss by, well, telling them what to do. You don't personally move all that much rock (21 pounds isn't bad), but the others do a great job under your leadership, and you gain 120 XP for your instruction.

You're Assisting in the Gathering of No Moss
The pile of rock seems almost insurmountable, but you're far too dauntless to be daunted, and surmount the pile anyway. You grab the biggest rock you think you can carry and help move it clear of the mine entrance. That's 42 pounds of rock closer than before.

You eat the bug pill and immediately get a little buzz. It's nothing like a caffeine buzz, though you do feel quick and twitchy. You get an effect, Bee's Knees. (Added for 90 minutes.)

I don't think its a reference to smarties, more like refreshers or parma violets(UK not sure if US has anything similar)
Smarties are in cardboard tubes not plastic
