summoning cone

You thought this was a cone of summoning, didn't you? Well, you're wrong. It's actually a little box that summons a cone. Why would you want a cone? Well, because that cone's a good ten feet tall and sentient!

Your Yithian cranks a dial on the side of its weapon and sends out a huge blast of lightning.(does physical and electric damage)
Your Yithian hands you a piece of metallic paper detailing your fight. It points out a couple things you hadn't thought of, and you find yourself thinking more about this combat. You gain 87 XP.

==References==
This zone and all the elements contained therein may be a reference to Sesame Street. The titles of encounters such as "Boogie monster" and the adventure "Thirty-Six Boxes, Ha Ha Ha!" are all references to the Cookie Monster and Count von Count, characters from Sesame Street, while the Giant Avian may be a reference to Big Bird, yet another character from said franchise.

Also more compelling is the fact that the image placeholder for Teeter Street resembles part of the set for the television programme (see [http://www.gpb.org/files/national/sesameStreet_main_image.jpg this image] here).

* Additionally, I also [http://th.blandsauce.com/wiki/Special:Contributions/SunWukong mess around] with the controversies and inconsistencies that appear throughout the game text, too. I question them and add notes to wiki articles on how it fits in with the game's storyline or otherwise, given that this isn't really KoL and naturally must have a storyline of some sort.
So many of the major English-speaking cities invariably have a neighborhood called Hyde Park. Twilight is no exception, though in this case it was named after the book, and is officially recorded as Jekyll and Hyde Park. Nobody calls it that, though.

Hyde Park is normally a quaint older neighborhood, filled with large stone buildings. There's a small college here with an underused observatory, the eponymous park in a central square, and heavy immigration over the years has turned about a third of the neighborhood into a Chinatown of sorts.

Off on the far end of the suburb there's an office building. It's an eerie, dark building that's clearly evil. The anagram of its name is "evil, inc." for one thing. A good portion of this neighborhood has been devastated by the blast that took out the NCI Live building and very nearly took your life. Cleanup and reconstruction will take years. Off on the far western edge of the neighborhood there is one previously vacant office building which has started to hum again, and gives off a slightly evil aura. Furthermore, the company name, "Vincile" is suspiciously anagrammatic of both "NCI Live" and "evil inc." And we all know if you can make it an anagram, it ''has'' to be a true hidden meaning.
You're drawn by the sound of loud noises to a street parade. There's performers and fireworks, and lots of people in costume, including some of those long multi-person Chinese dragons. The parade is interesting, but nothing seems immediately amiss, and a light drizzle is starting to turn heavier.

Follow the Parade
You tromp along with the parade, watching the fun and ignoring the light drizzle. Everyone behaves themselves pretty well, but you do find some unexploded fireworks.You got an item: firecracker

Stay Put

You stay put and let the parade come to you. After it passes by, quiet slowly settles on the street again. Just when you're about to tell yourself "Forget it, Jake," a manhole cover near you pops open and a small squad of black-clad figures scurry out. You recognize the markings of one of the gangs in the area and give chase, rounding up a couple of the figures before the rest disappear into the night. You gain 96 XP.
