I finished the quest twice. Naturally, spoilers will abound in the following text.

SO. You need to put together at least five items from the Shiloh Zones. Each item has an input and an output. The first item you place will automatically have its input activated, and then it will apply its output to the second item you place. The second item needs the first output to match its input, then it will output its own thing, which needs to match the third item's input and so on, until it reaches the target.

Also, each item in the chain needs to be unique or else the golbergium will interfere.

Also, there are two boss fights at the end, and I basically blazed through those due to having several thousand HP. The second bossfight I suspect is immune to all damage unless you use Sanitarium-derived skills at a certain time, but I'm just guessing because I basically threw crap at it until it finally died. And also, the quest reward's unique enchantment basically refunds some of the PP you use for Sanitarium skills.

had key in a jar, last item needs to be shoot. Used boxing glove gun > leaning tower > water main > lump of sodium > bottle rocket. Also, ZOMega was a pain in the rear. used arson thrower to combat sleep ray, then shooting shot after (was far away) not sure yet on other combos
