:: I just got it yesterday, so if it was something I'd just qualified for, it had to come between Levels 7 and 8. All the journal-y stuff I did between those times -- unlocked the Zion's Tears building, A Familiar Figure, Demiurge defeated in around an hour and 18 minutes from the first thing to the last. I don't know it it tracks stuff from earlier runs, but that particular sequence seems pretty quick to me.
