With Judo Kid Gloves on, here are my xp results:
Level 1 - 2xp (only 1 combat)
Level 2 - 3-6xp
Level 3 - 3-8xp
Level 4 - 5-9xp

This sidekick specialty appears to be able to ignore both resistances and weaknesses to ice damage with its attacks. Fought a battle drone (50% ice resist), my ice bolt did half damage as expected, but my sidekick did not. Similar results against a tormented hero (50% weak to ice). My ice bolt did 1.5 times normal damage, but my sidekick's damage output was unaffected. [[User:World Wizard|World Wizard]] 17:37, 4 August 2009 (UTC)

Here's my estimate of the formula: Damage is 1*Level to (1*Level)+2, and XP is (1*Level)-1 to (1*Level)+2, except for Levels 1-3, which only have 1*Level to (1*Level)+2. It would be nice if we get more XP data from Levels 1-3. --[[User:PKProStudio|PKProStudio]] 17:54, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
