purely out of curiosity, does this do something? lol
also is it true that the jacket has a 10 ticket a day cap? or was that one guy having a run of bad luck and it really is more or less every 20 turns without limit? 
just wondering if this will ever get filled out since if it is a 10 a day cap then it'd take 100k days alot of buying and still take forever for that many tickets to even be available...like 30 years if 10 people all played every day and got 10 with the jacket(if the cap is true) and pooled all their tickets lol so feels like a gag item?
