Looks like this hat also has some interaction with critical hits. I received the following text in addition to the PP recovery message from my kilt:

''You attack ... leading off with the Nutcracker's signature headbutt, you daze your foe ...''<br>
''You attack ... charging in hat first, you confuse your foe beyond words ...''

I initially though it could stun but after some testing I never observed any stunning. The next best guess I have is that it carries some sort of deleveling effect. --[[User:Valmo|Valmo]] 14:07, 24 December 2011 (PST)
