it should be something like, (Reflex - enemy Reflex + % chance of missing = hit rate +  #% chance of fumble)--[[User:Reaper|Reaper]] 16:09, 5 June 2008 (MST)

i just realized that, that only covers the low end. so it should be a little different. more like (Reflex - Enemy reflex + % of hit or miss = hit rate + % chance of fumble) i put the chance of fumble at the end because its counted as a -hit rather than a non-hit. --[[User:Reaper|Reaper]] 16:26, 5 June 2008 (MST)
