This is a lollipop type candy, normally available in a huge variety of flavors. This one, though, has a wrapper covered in question marks, indicating that it's a "mystery flavor" of some sort. That means whatever concoction they decided on couldn't be identified by IQ Corporation's most imaginative taste experts, and they left it unlabeled.
