Typically if you want a response from the RNG in chat you need to either directly PM the bot (ID 9298) or post in chat with the full name.<br>
Random Number Generator is offline since the new chat upgrade, it's being rebuilt and reworked with new responses and triggers.

We are working on getting it to response to RNG as well.
