---|
You are fighting a jackbooted thug.
Like any good criminal organization, this one has jackbooted thugs. You can tell these from faceless minions by being able to see their face. And the boots, of course.
Your opponent attacks ...
Hit messages:
- He jacks your boots. By jacks, I mean hits, and by boots, I mean your face.
- Like an army of marching hammers, he stomps all over you.
- He grinds you under his heel. You're not a grape, so you refrain from letting out a little whine, but it still hurts.
He hits you for X damage.
Critical hit message:
Your opponent has a critical hit! He hits you for X damage.
Miss messages:
- He jacks your boots. You take them back. How rude.
- Like an army of marching hammers, he tries to stomp all over you. You point out that hammers can't march.
- He tries to grind you under his heel, but you're too grounded for that to work. Fun with verb tense!
Fumble messages:
Your foe fumbles! He takes X damage.
Victory! You beat up your foe and win the combat!
You gain 81 experience.
