Tempest, sister of Typhoon and girlfriend of Randall Reed, was the mystic member of the now lost Quad Squad. - The Quad Sqaud is a reference to the Fantastic Four team of superheroes. "Tempest" is a reference to Susan Storm, Invisible Woman. In the original Fantastic Four she is indeed sister of Typhoon, which represents Johnny Storm, and wife of Randall Reed, which represents Reed Richards.
