It would probably go under Item Drop Modifiers, with a note that it applies only to metals.
I'm a little surprised that this can't be used like a firecracker/enerbun globule for welded items. Seems logical.--[[User:Jettclecto|Jettclecto]] 14:36, 27 May 2009 (UTC)
