So, I've been adventuring in the Farthest Reaches, and I've found out that my Scourge of Souls stuns significantly more often than 5%. In every combat it ranges from 25% to 66% of attacks that stun. It will, however, always stun at least once, and I'm fighting for 5 to 10 rounds, not 20 (that would be the number of rounds where you can expect one stun per combat).

Okay, so after looking at the data a bit more, I can say that the hits with the weapon stun at about 75%. Non-hits obviosly never stun. --[[User:Alarion|Alarion]] 11:45, 5 July 2009 (UTC)

So: maybe the effect scales? Otherwise my experience would be really, really improbable. --Alarion 11:03, 5 July 2009 (UTC) Okay, so after looking at the data a bit more, I can say that the hits with the weapon stun at about 75%.
