When Used in Combat
The pulsar just misses the <foe> and thuds into a wall, where it lets out a high-volume pulse of pure radio static, causing ?-55-66-? damage and leaving your opponent looking a little dazed.
or, less frequently:
The pulsar connects with your opponent and lets out a screeching blast of the worst sound imaginable. Something like Gilbert Gottfried talking over the sound of fingernails on a chalkboard being pushed through a microphone feedback loop. It deals ?-60-63-? damage damage and leaves your opponent looking much worse for the wear.
