How Obtained

One rollover after finishing the Protests Aren't for Amateurs quest, or when reaching level 6 (the later of the two), you receive a message from Susan Novak:

<player> this is Susan Novak from the university. I've been thinking about some of the physical implications of having super powers, and I've put together a list of factors that might be unique to you that might not apply to the "average" human. I suspect if you were to take these factors into consideration, you might be able to increase your relative "effectiveness."

Included item: 77 Habits of Highly Effective Heroes (quantity 1)

When Used

You pick up the "pamphlet," a 200-page stack of dense technical explanations and rationales for various ways in which you can accomplish things better or faster than typical people. The tips are all over the place, ranging from how to more efficiently shave (with separate considerations for male and female heroes) to unusual ways to navigate the city. By the time you're done reading, the suggestions are swimming dizzyingly through your head, but you do feel like you've got a better grasp of how to tap into your heroic skills.

You have acquired a new skill:
Heroic Efficiency
