Warped and tormented in some unknown disaster, these once medically useful soles now provide nothing but horrendous discomfort (and a complete lack of arch support) for anyone who wears them.

A slow, shuffling limp is all you can manage, but at least you have plenty of time to recuperate while you're moving so slowly. You gain an effect: Old Man Walking. (Added for 120 minutes.)
