Justin's magic wand
Plural: Justin's magic wands
Ah, here we have a wand made from the finest oak, from a tree at least three hundred years old. The core is made from the spun hairs of three unicorns, and it was made over a lake while lit by the reflected light of the gibbous moon.
Either that, or it's made of plastic and was bought for $3.99 at the local magic shop.

or
You wave the wand in a spiral above your head. A glittering dust filters down onto you, healing your wounds. You gain X HP.
or
You give a deft wave of the wand, conjuring the image of a very frightening creature to startle your opponent, causing Y damage.
Notes
- Used to be called "Justin Illusion placeholder".
- Not consumed when used in combat.
- X and Y are 5-9 + floor((level+1)/5), capped at 13-17.
- Against frusion enemies it fails with the message:
A flick of the wrist causes a beam of strange energy to zap your opponent, but it doesn't seem to have an effect.
References
- The description is similar to descriptions of wands in the Harry Potter universe.
