straw and thumbtacks
Plural: straws and thumbtackses
These small pointy thumbtacks don't look intimidating, but load one into a straw and watch them fly through the air.
These could be dangerous against any number of foes. Balloons, for example. Or posters. Or bulletin boards.
Not recommended for people with asthma.
