"Hey there, I'm Grizzly," says a older but still muscular man as he limps across the office. Sizing you up for a moment, he pulls you aside. "I see you've got the animal gift, too. Used to go by Grizzly Washington I did. Wish I was still out there, but I don't have the legs for it anymore. Anyway, best I can do now is offer my services, for a modest price. Wish I had more time, but the body shop business don't pay what adventuring did, and customers are waiting."
You can either pay for the veteran's advisory services in chips, or pitch in for a couple of minutes to earn a few suggestions.

After completing Rejected Rogue Ranch Rascals Require Retribution, if you have an item that drops in Rejected Rogue Ranch in your inventory:
Washington looks over the items you've brought him, "You know, my wife collects weird things, and I bet she'd just love to have some things like that. I don't have much to offer in exchange, but... well... I have some trophies from back in the day I could trade ya for."
This is followed by an inventory of the items you have. If no item can be exchanged:
Sadly, Grizzly doesn't know how to do anything with just the items you've got.
Otherwise, a list of items is displayed. When you exchange items you get:

- Grizzly Washington is a reference to James "Grizzly" Adams. John Adams was the second President of the United States, George Washington was the first.
- The source of the image is still unknown. Suggestions have been made that it is either Kevin Nash or Kris Kristofferson, but neither really fits.
