Here's how it works. I'm not sure how best to add it to the page.<br>

Attack 1 (9-11 damage): 10%<br>

Attack 2 (18-22 damage): Level*3%, max 50%<br>

Attack 3 (45-55 physical): (Level*3-50)%, max 20%<br>

Attack 4 (45-55 psychic): (Level*3-70)%<br>

Fail: (90-Level*3)%, split evenly between the two failure messages.<br>

In other words, the total attack chance increases by 3% per level, increasing the chance of each attack up to its max, in order. So attack 3 is unlocked at level 17 when attack 2 is maxed out, attack 4 is unlocked at level 24 when attack 3 is maxed out, and at level 30 the chances are 10/50/20/20 with no failed attacks. Here's how it works. I'm not sure how best to add it to the page.
Attack 1 (9-11 damage): 10%
Attack 2 (18-22 damage): Level*3%, max 50%
