When Used
You pick up the "pamphlet," a 200-page stack of dense technical explanations and rationales for various ways in which you can accomplish things better or faster than typical people. The tips are all over the place, ranging from how to more efficiently shave (with separate considerations for male and female heroes) to unusual ways to navigate the city.
